GENERAL USE OF THE FACILITIES FOR VARIOUS MEETINGS AND FUNCTIONS

*If you are a member of the church and want to use the church building anytime during the year please download our “Building Use Request Form” fill it out as it pertains to your request/need, and then give that form to our Deacon in charge for approval BuildingUseRequestForm (WEDDING USE FORMS are different and can be found below)

-Contact:  Frank Bennett for approval to use the building once the Building Use Request Form is filled out

 

 

WEDDING POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

-WE DO NOT CURRENTLY HAVE A WEDDING COORDINATOR AND CANNOT SCHEDULE OUTSIDE WEDDINGS AT THIS TIME.

-If you are a member of the community and would like to use the church for a WEDDING start by emailing Jeremy Wright below

-once the completed form is received, we will check the calendar to make sure there are no conflicts and then get back with you in a timely manner for approval
