The Upper Room - Youth Ministry

 

Missions Trip 2010

We will be serving our community of Indianapolis, IN this year as we partner with Neighborhood Fellowship on the near eastside of downtown.  We have partnered together with Neighborhood Fellowship in training a young man from our body who desires to serve God in the inner-city.  He has worked with 2 other organizations in the inner-city over the past several years and is now ready to minister in a local church in the neighborhoods that he has been serving.

 

This internship is for this year and we are anticipating God doing some great things in and through our intern and our bodies as we serve together.  In light of this opportunity we will NOT be doing a week long trip elsewhere, but rather desire to see God use our body to serve right in our "back-yard."

Our missions trips are open to anyone in the body desiring to serve God in this way.  Some of our trips have age limits, but we encourage our teens, parents, and individuals of any age to participate in anyway they can.
